This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms for order processing, shipping methods, and estimated delivery timelines for purchases made on the glowseen website. This policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Order Processing Time
Order Processing: The time we need to prepare an order for shipment. This includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.
Standard Processing Time: We strive to process and dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2–5 business days of receiving the order confirmation.
Business Days: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends (Saturday/Sunday) in India.
Order Cut-Off: Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST may be considered placed on the next business day.
Delays: During peak seasons, festive sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
Delivery time refers to the time it takes for the package to travel from our shipping partners’ facility to your specified delivery address after it has been dispatched.
We use reliable third-party courier services (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, etc.) for shipping across India. The estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Note:The above timelines are estimates. Delivery to remote locations may take longer. We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or factors beyond our direct control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, or political disruptions).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout page based on the total weight, size of your order, and your delivery location (pincode). Any special offers for free shipping will be highlighted on the website or during the checkout process.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking ID and a link to track your order on our courier partner’s website.
Tracking Updates: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the confirmation email.
5. Delivery Issues
Incorrect Address: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct and complete address is provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
Damage in Transit: If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please inspect the contents before accepting the delivery and make a note of the damage on the courier’s delivery receipt. Contact our customer support team immediately if the product inside is damaged.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship orders within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
